When we first met, Brook was managing a health retreat, and I was publishing magazines. Both of us were clean freaks, living in a spotless semi in Mosman, NSW.

Then we moved into our first apartment block. What a shock! The unit had incredible views and a great location, but it taught us a lot about strata life. The gardens were overgrown, the common areas neglected, and no one seemed to notice the details that really matter when you want your investment to grow.

So we did what came naturally: whacked on the rubber gloves, fired up the mower, and got to work. The reaction? Let’s just say the committee wasn’t thrilled. After more than a decade with the same cleaners and gardeners, they took it personally.

But that experience changed how we saw strata property care. It showed us that better communication, accountability, and pride in presentation could lift the standard for everyone.

In 2025, we took over a business with 16 years of trusted client relationships, a one-man operation with nine strata clients.

Within eight months, with no marketing and no outside investment, Ramage Property Services grew purely through reputation, expanding to support more than 100 buildings across Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore, and North Sydney, from Newport to Hornsby and anywhere “OTB” (Over The Bridge).

Today, from strata cleaning and compliance to garden and residential maintenance, we deliver consistent teams, clear communication, and proactive reporting that keep managers in control and committees and homeowners completely at ease.
